摘要
目的研究中药云木香的化学成分.方法利用硅胶、大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为脱氢木香内酯(1)、木香烯内酯(2)、arbusculin A(3)、白桦脂醇(4)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(6)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(7)、油酸-1-甘油单酯(8).结论化合物5~8为首次从该植物中分得.
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Saussurea lappa C. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Diaion 101, Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic evidence. Results Eight compounds were identified as dehydrocostus lactone(1), costunolide(2), arbusculin A(3), betulin(4), 5-hydroxymethyl- furaldehyde( 5 ), 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 6 ), n -butyl-β-D- fructopyranoside ( 7 ), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid(Z, Z)-2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester(8), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 5, 6, 7 and 8 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
