摘要
目的对天麻的化学成分进行研究。方法通过反复柱色谱分离和重结晶纯化,并利用核磁共振波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲醇(1)、对甲基苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、腺苷(4)、天麻苷(5)、蔗糖(6)。结论化合物2、3、4均为首次从天麻属中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata Blume. Method The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and purified by recrystallization and the structures were identified by NMR spectral data and other methods. Result Six compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ( 1 ), p-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3, 5-dimethoxy benzoic acid-4-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside (3), adenosine(4), gastrodin(5), sucrose(6). Conclusion Compound 2, 3, 4 are isolated for the first time from this genus.
