去卵巢去松果体对大鼠丘脑背内侧核细胞凋亡的影响

摘要 目的探讨去卵巢(Ovariectomy,OVX)、去松果体(Pinealectomy,PX)对丘脑背内侧核(DMN)细胞凋亡的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为正常、假OVX、OVX、假PX、PX、假OVX+假PX、OVX+PX7组。术后90d,用HE、Tunel染色观察OVX、PX对DMN细胞凋亡的影响。结果假手术各组与正常组在各项检测指标上无明显差异,将其合并为A组;A组DMN细胞凋亡数为(4.03±0.92)个。与A组比,OVX组、PX组、OVX+PX组DMN细胞凋亡数[分别为(12.37±4.01)个,(12.55±3.97)个,(12.68±3.61)个]显著增多(F=55.33,P<0.01),但OVX、PX、OVX+PX组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组DMN胶质细胞增生无统计学意义(F=2.91,P>0.05)。结论OVX、PX可诱发DMN细胞凋亡。 Objective To investigate the effect of Ovariectomy (OVX) and Pinealectomy (PX) on neuronic apoptosis of dorsomedial nucleus of the thalamus in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into norreal, sham OVX, OVX, sham PX, PX, sham OVX + sham PX, OVX + PX 7 groups. 90d after surgery , the glial cells hyperplasia and cell apoptosis in dorsomedial nucleus of the thalamus (DMN)of rats were examined by HE and TUNEL methods. Results Normal and all sham operations groups were combined to one group( group A) forhaving no significant discrepancy in all detected indexes, no cell apoptosis in DMN in group A. Compared to groupA, the numbers of cell apoptosis in DMN were increased significantly by OVX and PX( F = 55.33, P 〈 0.01 ) ,but there were no significant discrepancy among OVX,PX,OVX + PX groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were no significantly glial cells hyperplasia in DMN in all groups ( F = 2.91, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It could be concluded that OVX or PX could induce cell apoptosis in DMN, but the effect of OVX, PX, OVX + PX on cell apoptosis were no significant discrepancy. There was no relation between the effects by OVX and PX on cell apoptosis andglial cells.
