384株白色念珠菌的药物敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析384株白色念珠菌的药物敏感性,以指导临床合理用药治疗真菌感染。方法沙保弱培养基培养标本,用API20CAUX真菌ID板条进行鉴定分型,纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。结果分离的菌株对氟康唑敏感率最高,为97.9%。其次为酮康唑(91.7%),氟胞嘧啶(90.6%);对咪康唑的敏感率最低,仅为57.6%。结论氟康唑为治疗白色念珠菌感染的首选用药,而咪康唑则应避免使用。 Objective To analyze the results of drug sensitive test of 384 strains of Monilia albicans infection, so as to provide assistance to the reasonable use of antibiotics clinically. Methods Sabeurand' s agar culture medium was used to culture fungi, ID identification strip was employed to identify the fungi and drug sensitive test was performed by disk diffusion test. Results The separated fungi were relatively sensitive to Fluconazol (FLZ, 97.9%), Ketoconazole (KET,91.7%), 5- flurocytosine (5 - FC, 90.6%), and the susceptibility rate of Miconazole against Monilia albicans was 57.6%. Condusion The most effective antifungal drugs against Monilia albicans was Fluconazol, and Miconazole shouldn't be used to treat the fungi's infection.
