环氧乙烷灭菌终端质量监测与管理

TERMINAL QUALITY MONITORING AND SUPERVISION OF ETHYLENE OXIDE STERILIZATION

目的指导灭菌人员对灭菌终端质量作出有效性判断。方法采用生物指示剂、化学指示剂和控制灭菌过程的各种参数及机械状况,对灭菌效果进行综合监测。结果物理监测2次不合格,化学监测4次不合格,生物监测9不合格,灭菌过程中3种检测结果存在差异性。结论根据多种监测结果综合判断,才能确保灭菌物品的终端质量安全,预防医院感染发生。

Objective To give an effective judgment to hospital staffs during the terminal quality control of sterilization, Method To monitor sterilization effect comprehensively, adopt biological indicator and chemical indicator to control different parameter and mechanical status during the sterilization. Result There were four times for chemistry method not up to standard and nine times for biology method, there were significant differences among the results of three tests during the active sterilization procedure. Conclusion For the sake of preventing nosocomial infection, terminal quality control of sterilization should be ensured by various testing methods and general analysis.
