摘要
荧光定量基因扩增仪中的荧光信号采集涉及滤光片的精确定位,由步进电机完成定位控制。针对传统的电机步进角开环控制的不足,提出了一种开闭环复合控制方案,提高了控制精度,确保了PCR仪荧光采集精度。
The accurate positioning of the light filter in real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) instrument is essential for capturing fluorescence signals. This has been achieved by a combined open-closed loop stepper motor control strategy. Compared with the open loop control typically applied in stepper motor control, the combined open-closed loop control scheme is put forward and functions with significant improvement of angle control accuracy.
