摘要
计量精度是工业生产环节十分关键的物理量,是直接影响产品质量和产量的关键因素,核心控制软件的设计水平直接影响着整个系统的控制精度和控制效率。通过对金属镁制造业配料环节的认真研究,结合兰州科学仪器有限公司自主开发、拥有自主知识产权的LKW微机配料控制系统的特点,采用C语言开发完成的核心控制软件既可以满足全年不停机工作,又较好地解决了控制精度的问题。从环境定义、函数规划和设计、设备控制设计几个方面,讨论了芯片控制、中断控制、振幅控制、参数控制等核心技术设计。
Measuring accuracy is a very important physical quantity, and is a key of effecting quality and quantity of products. The design level of core control software immediately effect the control accuracy and control efficiency of the whole system. By investigating seriously the proportioning process of the magnesium fabrication,using the characteristics of the LKW microcomputer proportioning control system which is developed by Lanzhou scientific intrument Co., Ltd. and owns intellectual property rights, the core control software applied C language can ensure the machine keeps running over year. Furthermore, it also solves the problem of the measuring accuracy well. From the environment definition, function programming and design, and equipment control design, the core techniques design of the CPU control, interrupt control, amplitude control, and parameter control are discussed.
