利培酮所致静坐不能临床研究

Clinical study of akathisia caused by risperidone

目的:了解利培酮所致静坐不能的发生率及其相关因素。方法:对128例单独服用利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者采用修改的Simpson锥体外系反应量表评定静坐不能,进行为期8周的临床研究。结果:利培酮所致的静坐不能发生率为25.8%,多数发生于治疗的2周内,静坐不能的发生与利培酮剂量、入院时的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及加药速度有关。使用普萘洛尔及氯硝西泮治疗效果好。结论:利培酮所致静坐不能发生率虽较高,但若处理得当,不影响继续治疗。

Objective： To study the prevalence of akathisia and related factors in schizophrenic patients with risperidone Method： 128 schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone were assesed with the modified Simpson＇ s extrapyramidal side effect rating scale for eight weeks after treatment. Results： The prevalence rate of akathisia was 25.8%, which was mostly found at the first two weeks. Akathisia was positively correlated with the dosage of risperidone,speed of drug increase and the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS） score before treatment. Propranolol and clonazepam were effective in relieving the symptom of akathisia. Conclusion： Though the prevalence of akathisia is high, risperidone is a safe atypical antipsychotic.
