重症脑室出血的微创治疗

The treatment of severe ventricular hemorrhage with minimally invasive surgery

目的:探讨应用立体定向技术经侧脑室至第三脑室置管结合终池引流治疗重症脑室出血的方法。方法:采用立体定向微创手术治疗重症脑室出血13例,对手术方法、手术适应证、注意事项进行讨论。结果:全部病例手术获得成功,术后存活9例,无手术并发症。结论:立体定向经侧脑室至第三脑室置管引流结合终池引流对重症脑室出血是一种定位准确、微创、安全的治疗方法,可降低重症脑室出血的死亡率。

Objective To proved the treatment methods of severe ventricular hemorrhage with drained from the third ventricular through bilateral ventricular by stereotaxic minimally invasive surgery and drained from the terminal cistern after the surgery. Method 13 patients of severe ventricular hemorrhage were treated with stereotactic minimally invasive surgery the operative method, the operative indication and postoperative process were discussed. Results All the operations were successful,9 patients survived after the operation and had no complication. Conclusion Drainage from the third ventricular through bilateral ventricular by stereotactic surgery and the terminal cistern is a precise location,microtraumatic and safe treatment method for severe ventricular hemorrhage,it can decrease the mortality of severe ventricular hemorrhage.
