罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白影响的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)影响的临床观察。方法:对79例2型糖尿病经罗格列酮治疗前后的血清CRP水平进行回顾性分析。结果:2型糖尿病病人血清CRP水平明显增高,经罗格列酮治疗后,2型糖尿病组病人血清CRP水平明显降低。结论:罗格列酮在改善血糖控制的同时,可以降低糖尿病病人的CRP水平,从而减少心血管事件发生的危险性。
