支原体性阴道炎患者阴道菌群变化的研究

对正常人及支原体性阴道炎患者的阴道菌群进行定量测定,结果表明支原体性阴道炎分泌物中,乳杆菌的分离率和数量均较正常对照组低,而其他条件致病菌的分离率和数量均较正常对照组高。说明支原体性阴道炎患者阴道的正常菌群失调较为明显,因此,在临床治疗中除抗支原体外,尚需调整阴道菌群失调.

Quantitative determination of the normal flora in vagina was carried out on normal persons and the myeoplasm vaginitis patients, and the analysis of the result indicates that the separation rate and the number of Lactobacillus in the myeoplasm vaginitis secretion were lower than that of the normal contrast group, but the separation rate and the number of the other condition pathogenic bacteria were higher than that of the normal contrast group. The imbalance of normal flora in the vagina of the mycoplasm vaginitis patients was quite obvious, therefore it also necessary to regulate the imbalance of normal plora in vagina in addition to clinical anti-myeoplasm treatment. s
