摘要
为解决传统的校核算法对水轮机蝴蝶阀阀体设计的不足和在满足阀体强度和刚度条件下节省材料,建立了阀体的有限元分析模型,对在正常工况和紧急停机工况下的阀体进行了有限元分析,指出紧急停机工况为危险工况。建立了阀体的优化模型,对在紧急停机工况下的阀体进行了优化设计,并校核其在正常工况下的强度和刚度条件。
To overcome the shortage of the conventional calibration algorithm in desig'n and calculation of turbine butterfly valve' s valve body, and save materials at be satisfied with the strength and stiffness conditions of valve body, a finite element analysis model of valve body was developed. The finite element analysis of valve body was performed in normal and urgent pause cases ,and it was pointed out that the urgent pause case would be very dangerous, and an optimal model for valve body was established so as to carry out optimal design in the urgent pause case and to calibrate the strength and stiffness conditions in the normal case.
