摘要
本文分析了某车型汽车前车盖及其杠杆联动机构的空间相对位置,应用虚拟样机软件MSC.ADAMS建立了前车盖及其杠杆联动机构的虚拟样机模型,并对该机构进行了运动仿真,同时根据规定的运动和位置要求对机构做了优化设计,在符合规定运动和位置的前提下达到减少材料损耗的目的。
The relative space position of automotive front hood and its lever linkage mechanism was analyzed. Based on the analysis and virtual prototype technology, a model of automotive front hood and its lever linkage mechanism was built. According to the scheduled kinematics and position, the lever linkage mechanism was simulated and optimized to reduce material consumption.
