摘要
本文主要论述了机械CAD的过程,SolidWorks软件的功能和SolidWorks三维造型技术在泵体涡壳、叶轮、弹簧造型上的应用以及利用系列零件设计表形成标准件方面的应用,尤其是利用型腔和装配体功能形成内腔复杂的零件。同时本文介绍了利用SolidWorks软件进行大型装配体的优化设计和利用SolidWorks软件形成装配体爆炸视图并展望了三维造型技术的应用前景。
The article discusses the process of mechanical CAD and the function of the solidworks software. It accounts the application of its three-dimension technology in the pump shell and impeller as well as spring , and illustrates the use of the series table of hardware, especially, the shaping of complex internal mold by match design and mold . This article introduces the optimize design at large assembly and gets the explode view of match and expects the foreground of three-dimension software.
