在信息时代,学术性已成为高校图书馆的主要特征,高校图书馆应适应社会的发展,不断强化学术研究的职能。分析了当前图书馆员科研意识弱化的原因,提出了增强馆员科研意识培养的有效途径。

In the information times, the academic property has become the main feature of university library, and the university library should keeps streogthening its function of the academic research to fit in with the social development. This paper analyzes on the causes of the weakening of the scientific research consciousness of the librarians at present, and puts forward some effective paths for strengthening the cultivation of librarians＇ scientific research consciousness.
