The Western Development and the Construction of Western Hunan’s Informatization

分析了大湘西地区信息化建设的现状,指出应充分利用区位优势、政策优势,搞好信息化建设,并提出了进行信息化建设的具体措施,包括提高对信息资源开发的认识、成立文献信息资源共建共享工作领导小组、积极培育地区信息市场、大力培养高素质的信息人才等。

This paper analyzes on the present situation of the construction of western Hunan＇s informatization, points out that the west area of Hunan Province should do well the construction of the informatization through making full use of its own locational superiority and policy superiority, and puts forward some concrete measures for carrying out the construction of the informatization, which include increasing the recognition of the development of the information resources, establishing the work leading group for the co-constructing and sharing of the literature information resources, cultivating the local information market, and educating the high-quality information talents, etc.
