WTO与我国知识产权保护

WTO & China’s Knowledge Property Rights Protection

我国加入WTO后,加大了对知识产权的保护力度,使国内法与WTO规则接轨。目前,我国很多行业对知识产权的保护,与WTO规则和修改后的国内法的要求存在差距。为改变这一状况,我们应加强制度建设,完善管理机制,加强对知识产权的保护,从而促进国家技术进步,提高民族工业实力,增加社会财富。

In order to make the national laws connect with the WTO rules, our country has been enhancing the protection of the knowledge property rights after entering the WTO. But there still are some differences in the protection of the knowledge property right in many industries of our country comparing with the WTO rules and the modified domestic laws. For the purpose of changing such a situation, we should strengthen the construction of the systems, perfect the managerial mechanism, strength the protection of the knowledge property right, and promote the technical progress of China, increase the national industrial capacity, and increase the social wealth.
