对我国企业跨国并购的分析

Analysis on Transnational M&A(Merger and Acquisition)of Chinese Enterprises

面对我国企业的跨国并购热潮,企业应充分意识到跨国并购是风险与机会并存。在分析跨国并购动机和企业跨国并购所面临的主要风险的基础上,指出我国企业应正视自己的弱点,理性对待跨国并购,并针对跨国并购提出一些具体建议。

With the coming upsurge of transnational M＆A, Chinese enterprises should fully realize that the risk and the opportunity of transnational M＆A are compatible. Based on the analysis of transnational M＆A intensions and risks, this paper points out that Chinese enterprises should acknowledge their own weakness and treat transnational M＆A rationally, and puts forward some suggestions of transnational M＆A for Chinese enterprises.
