This paper makes analysis on the features of the global pharmaceutical profession and the developing situation of domestic pharmaceutical profession, and points out that there are still many problems in the development of the modern pharmaceutical profession, therefore, the pharmaeeutical enterprise should recognize its own superiorities and inferiorities, and must face the opportunities and challenges brought about by the WTO entry and makes overall analysis on the influence of the macroscopic environment and various reform policies on the enterprise, make clear the position of the enterprise in the market and fit in with the variation of the market.
