山东省农村地区预防艾滋病宣传材料效果评价

Effectiveness assessment of media materials on AIDS prevention in rural areas, Shandong Province

目的评估农村预防艾滋病媒体材料的信息效果和材料效果,为今后制作用于农村地区的媒体材料提供科学依据.方法采用个人访谈的形式,制定统一的访谈提纲,对山东省两个县(市)的16～60岁男女居民进行一对一的访谈,并对访谈结果进行量化打分、评价、输入微机,进行统计分析. 结果受访对象从媒体材料中获取的信息效果为37.2分(满分60分),对媒体材料本身的评价效果为28.8分(满分40分),总体效果评价得分为66.0分.男性在各方面的成绩均高于女性,随年龄的增大,各方面的成绩呈急剧下降的趋势;而随文化程度的提高,分界线位于小学和初中之间. 结论受访对象无论是信息效果还是材料效果,成绩均不很理想,提示:健康教育工作人员在媒体材料发放过程中,要配合解说,并且要反复强化.

Objective To evaluate the effect of information and media materials of AIDS prevention in rural area, provide scientific reference for later work. Methods By individual interview and a unified compendium, interview was alone individually among the female and male residents aged from sixteen to sixty years in two cities of Shandong Province. The results were scored, evaluated and analyzed. Results The score of the interviewee of information obtained from media materials was 37.2 （Full score was 60 ）. The score of media materials was 28.8 （Full score was 40 ）. The score of total effect was 66.0. The male got higher marks than the female＇s at all aspects. With ages growing, the score dropped rapidly. With the culture level increasing the scores increased. Conclusion Whether the information effect or the media material effect score was unsatisfied. It implied that health education personnel should explain and emphasize repeatedly when they handed out them.
