钛网在伴有骨缺损的颌面中部骨折治疗中的应用

摘要 目的评估以钛网修复伴有骨缺损的颌面中部骨折的可靠性及优越性。方法对颌面中部骨折同时伴有不同部位骨质缺损的15位患者以钛网或钛网联合钛板修复缺损并形成坚强内固定。结果15例患者均达到Ι期愈合,恢复良好咬颌关系及张口度,基本恢复眼部功能,外形满意。结论钛网可塑性强,生物相容性好,在修复及固定伴有骨质缺损的颌面中部骨折时与其它固定材料相比体现明显的优越性。 Objective To evaluate the reliability and superiority of the titanium mesh for mid facial fracture associated with bone defect, Methods 15 cases with mid facial fracture associated with bone defect were reconstructed and fixed with titanium mesh or titanium mesh combined with titanium plate,Results 15 cases had the primary healing. The jaw and eye functions were restored and the contour was satisfied. Conchusion Titanium mesh has a well bio- compatibility and compliance. Titanium mesh is significantly superiority than other materials in restorating and internal fixating mid facial fracture associated with bone defect.
