六味地黄汤加味拮抗雷络酯对雌鼠生殖系统影响的研究

The study of the antagonism of Reinforcing-shen Drug (补肾药) to the effect of Triplerygium wilfordii on the reproductive system of female rat

目的:观察六味地黄汤加味拮抗雷络酯对雌鼠生殖系统的影响。方法:正常性动周期雌性大鼠用雷络酯造模90天同时给予六味地黄汤加味。结果:六味地黄加味组雌鼠与单用雷络酯组比较性动周期完整,雌激素水平增高,雌性生殖器官重量增加,卵泡发育良好。结论:六味地黄汤加味可拮抗雷络酯对雌鼠生殖系统的毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the antagonism of Chinese drug for reinforcing-Shen to the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii （TW）on the reproductive system of female rat. Methods： Selecting 30 female rats those all possess normal oestrus cycle and then divided them into 3 groups randomly, the control group, the TW group and the mixed group, All of the rats was anatomized after 90 days feeding. Results： Compared with the TW group, the mixed group was more integrity in the oestrus cycle, estrogen was increased, the weigt of female reproductive organe was increased too, good growing follicle was observed. Conclusion： Reinforcing-shen drug would antagonize the toxicity of Tripteryglum Wilfordii on the reproductive system of female rat.
