摘要
目的:从单味中药中筛选具有逆转乳腺癌细胞耐药性的逆转剂。方法:建立乳腺癌耐药细胞的细胞模型,采用SRB法测定单味中药及其对应血清的细胞毒性作用及其逆转作用。结果:理气类中药中延胡索具有对MCF-7/VCR耐药性的逆转作用,而且它的细胞毒作用很小;1.667g/L的延胡索可使MCF-7/VCR的耐药性逆转3.27倍。结论:延胡索能够有效地逆转乳腺癌细胞MCF-7/VCR的耐药性。
Objective： To screen new drugs which can reverse the multidrug resistance （MDR） of mammary carcinoma cell MCF-7 from a large amounts of Chinese traditional medicine. Methods： We establish a cellular model of mammary carcinoma with MDR, The cytotoxicity and reverse effects of Chinese traditional medicine and their corresponding serums are identified using SRB assay, Results： Yanhusuo can reverse the resistance of MCF-7/VCR and its cytotoxicity is minimal. At the concentration of 1. 667g/L, the reverse effects of yanhusuo on the multidrug resistance of MCF-7/VCR is 3.27 fold. Conclusion： Yanhusuo can efficiently reverse the resistance of MCF-7/VCR.
