基于SVD理论对四川电网电压静稳的实证研究

Singular value decomposition method applied to Sichuan Power Grid

将奇异值分析(SingularValueDecomposition,SVD)法应用于四川电网电压静稳的实证研究,针对四川电网2003年运行参数进行计算分析,得到系统距离电压崩溃点程度的有效信息,并找出了系统的薄弱点和最灵敏控制方向,从而为运行人员提供了调控决策依据。经过四川省调度部门的实际验证,证明了本方法的分析结论完全符合系统实际情况。

Singular value decomposition method is applied to analyse steady-state voltage stability of Sichuan Power Grid. This papercollects the information of the steady-state voltage stability margin and the weakness nodes, and ensures most sensitive control direction by calculating and analyzing the parameter of Sichuan Power Grid in 2003. This method provide decision-making gist for the operator. The conclusion is in accordance with fact of system by Sichuan Electric Company.
