摘要
以锌粉和硫化钠为原料,利用柠檬酸助微波水热法制备得到了纳米ZnS光催化剂。XRD、TEM、PSD、FTIR分析结果表明,获得的产品属于高纯的立方形(闪锌矿)晶相,微粒粒径小,粒径分布窄。与水热法相比,反应时间明显缩短。CBW水溶液的光催化降解活性测试结果证实,与直接水热法获得的ZnS光催化剂相比较,微波水热法制得的产品表现出更高的催化活性。
Nanosized ZnS photocatalysts were obtained by using metallic zinc powder and sodium sulfide as raw materials via microwave-hydrothermal crystallization assisted with citric acid. The products were characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Particle size distribution (PSD) and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results indicated that synthesized ZnS samples belonged to the high pure cubic (sphalerite) crystal phase and possessed a small size with a narrow particle size distribution. In comparison with the originally hydrothermal synthesis, the shorter treatment time has been attained. The test of photocatalytic performance demonstrated that ZnS products prepared by above microwavehydrothermal method exhibited a higher catalytic activity than those of other parallel samples for the degradation of model CBW aqueous.
