摘要
制备了单酯基季铵盐、双酯基季铵盐、三酯基季铵盐和混合酯基季铵盐,对其生物降解性能进行了研究。结果表明:单酯基季铵盐、双酯基季铵盐和三酯基季铵盐易生物降解,13天后降解度都在90%以上;水溶性不好的双酯季铵盐、混合酯季铵盐及三酯季铵盐用吐温-85乳化后进行生物降解发现,酯基季铵盐前期降解速度明显增加,但降解度都稍有下降。最后提出了酯基季铵盐的生物降解途径。
Four stearic acid triethanolamine ester quaternary (esterquat) with the different number of ester chain per nitrogen were synthesized and tested for biodegradation. The results showed that EQ could be biodegraded readily and completely. More than 90~ EQ can be degraded in 13 days. It was also found that degradation rate increased obviously in the first phase when poorly soluble EQ was emulsified with Tween-85, but its degradation extent had a little decrease. Finally a probable biodegradation pathway was proposed.
