羧甲基取代PVA聚阴离子膜材料的制备及表征

摘要 利用超声振荡,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和氯乙酸为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,制备聚阴离子膜材料。考察了影响取代度的各因素,确定了最佳工艺条件。利用红外光谱对聚离子材料的化学结构进行了表征,并对醚化反应的取代度、材料的溶解性进行了测试。 The polyanionic membrane material was synthesized with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and chloroacetic acid as raw materials under the influence of ultrasonic, and sodium hydroxide as catalyst. The factors affecting substituting degree were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: polyvinyl alcohol 3g, chloroacetic acid 6. 5g,ultrasonic surge lh, reaction temperature 70℃,the dosage of water 27ml. The chemical structure was studied by FTIR, and the properties including substituting degree and dissolution were tested.
