According to the study status of flame retardant of epoxy resins, the flame retardant epoxy resins were classified into two categories, composite flame retardant and structure flame retardant epoxy resins, based on the relationship between the epoxy molecule structure and the materials or elements which can bring the flame-retardant into activeness. Introduction were also made on the development of flame retardant of epoxy resins, main questions and trends in the future.
