缺血预处理对脊髓的保护作用

摘要 缺血预处理对缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用具有器官普遍性,预处理调动机体内源性抗损伤机制保护缺血(氧)组织,非致死性损伤诱发细胞的内源性保护机制,对多种损伤均有明显保护作用,本综述对脊髓的缺血再灌注损伤及保存损伤的保护作用,阐明其可成为保护脊髓,减轻损伤具有良好的临床应用价值。
