摘要
从对信息素养的认识出发,分析了信息素养在世界范围迅速发展的动因和当前研究的动向,指出信息素养教育的重要作用以及我国高校应承担的教育任务,同时探讨了我国高校图书馆开展信息素养教育的基础以及实践和思考。
Based on the learning of information literacy, the paper analyzes the reason and the trend of the fast development of information literacy throughout the world. It points out that the universities should make ready to take the responsibility for the education of information literacy. The article also discusses the foundations for carrying out information literacy in our higher education. Some practices and considerations in libraries are included.
