摘要
从基本条件、主要特征、组织过程和实现形式等方面比较研究了传统型参考咨询与虚拟型参考咨询服务的异同和优劣,并界定了两者的概念,指出了基本发展方向。
The thesis makes a comparative study on the traditional reference service and the virtual reference service from the basic conditions, main features, organizing courses and realized forms and defines the concepts for traditional and virtual reference services and pointes out the development direction of the reference service.
