摘要 电力系统动态安全经济运行领域中的许多关键技术问题如暂态稳定性预防控制、紧急控制、最大传输容量等问题都可描述为考虑暂态稳定性约束的最优潮流问题。综述了考虑暂态稳定性约束的最优潮流问题的研究现状,分析比较了该领域中基于能量函数的优化方法、基于时域仿真技术的优化方法各自的特点及其研究中存在的问题。在此基础上,分析了考虑暂态稳定性约束的最优潮流问题的特点以及该领域研究的技术重点。 Lots of key problems in dynamic security optimal domain in power system, such as dynamic preventive control, emergency control, total transfer problem and etc., can be formulated as optimal power flow with transient stability constraints. This paper presents a survey of the recent advance of methodology for optimal power flow with transient stability constraints. Various approaches, including the optimization approach based on-transient energy function methods, optimization scheme based on time domain simulators are summarized and evaluated. Analysis on complexity of the problem together with the applicable techniques for the problem is also presented.
