摘要
在中国石化股份有限公司茂名分公司0.1Mt/a沥青装置上对新型稳定剂A,B和C进行了工业试验,与装置原来使用的稳定剂RAS-2进行对比,从理论和生产实际的角度,考察了在工业生产中稳定剂和工艺条件对改性沥青质量的影响,找到了较佳的工艺条件。从考察结果看,A及B两种稳定剂生产的沥青其热储存稳定性好,同时稳定剂的用量较少,有进一步开发的前景。
The new stabilizer A, B and C were tested in the 1 820 b/d asphalt unit of Maoming Company and is compared with the formerly used stabilizer RAS-2. The influence of stabilizer and process on asphalt quality is explored in the light of theory and practical production, and the better process conditions are found out. The exploration result shows that heat storage stability of the asphalt produced by A and B is better, and the usage amount is less.
