锌硒宝对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿体液免疫功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究锌硒宝治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MP)患儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4含量的变化.方法收集1～7岁MP患儿80例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例.治疗组予锌硒宝、红霉素等治疗,对照组除锌硒宝外,余治疗同治疗组.分别测定治疗前后4周血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4水平.结果治疗组治疗后IgG、IgA明显升高,与对照组有显著差异(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗前后IgM、C3、C4与对照组无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论锌硒宝对MP患儿有明显提高免疫力作用,硒和红霉素对治疗MP可能存在协同功能.
