乘用车侧门安全性试验台的研制

摘要 介绍了乘用车侧门安全性试验台的工作原理、技术性能及总体设计方案。针对该试验台在设计时存在的技术问题进行了阐述。所设计的试验台具备多种控制方法和结构安装参数可调,不但涵盖了侧门强度测试的功能,还可用于其它零部件的试验。该试验台能实时显示被测车辆变形所吸收的能量等信息,采用图象三维测量法来测量车身刚度(变形矢量)。 Working principle,performance and layout design of the side door safety test bench are introduced.Technology problems of the test bench are introduced.The designed test bench has different control methods and its structural installation parameters are adjustable.All side door intensity tests can be carried out on the test bench,and other parts can also be tested on the test bench.The test bench can display real-time information,such as the absorbed energy of tested vehicle,and can measure rigidity of body with the image three-dimension measure method (distortion yector }.
