摘要
以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)为原料,以P2O5为磷酸化试剂,合成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。考察了P2O5的投料方式、原料配比、酯化时间、酯化温度、搅拌速度对酯化率的影响,确定了最佳酯化条件:在40℃强烈搅拌下,分批加入P2O5,原料配比为n(AEO3)/n(P2O5)=3,酯化温度80℃,酯化时间4 h。合成的产品经测试表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的抗静电性能可以满足丙纶纤维的生产需要。
Alkylpolyoxyethylene alcohol phosphate was synthesized with alkylpolyoxyethylene alcohol ( AEO3 ) and phosphorus pentoxide. The effects of feeding way of P2O5 ,ratio of AEO3 to P2O5 ,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield were investigated. The proper feeding way was to feed inbatches with strong stirring at 40 ℃. The optimum reaction conditions included n( AEO3 )/n( P2O5 )=3, esterification temperature of 80℃ and esterifieation time of 4 h. The test stated that the product could meet the request of antistatic in production of PP fibre.
