摘要
研究了金属壳雷管径向破片速度理论最大值的计算方法,根据能量守恒定律和金属壳雷管的基本数据及一些基本假设推导了金属壳雷管径向破片速度变化的计算公式。设计了一套简单易行的测试系统,对金属壳雷管径向破片速度进行了测试,测试结果和理论计算值比较吻合,对误差进行了分析,得出了金属壳雷管径向破片速度随飞行距离变化的规律,这对研究雷管的安全生产具有实际意义。
The theory maximum value calculation method of the speed of the diametric fragments of metal-back blasting caps is studied. According to conservation of energy and basic data and basic supposition of metal-back blasting caps. The calculation formula of diametric fragments speed variation is deduced. A set of simple measurement systems are designed to measure the speed of the diametric fragments of metal-back blasting caps. The results of test and theory tally with each other, and the error is analyzed. From these calculation and measurement we get to know the change regularity of the speed of the diametric fragments of metal-back blasting caps with the flying distance change. It has practical significance to research on the detonator safe produce.
