摘要
研究年龄对大鼠不同组织(脑、心和肝)内源性多胺与cAPM含量的影响,测定了不同年龄大鼠脑组织鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)的活性,分析鼠脑B型革胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的活性,作为进一步支持多胺与衰老是否相关的论据。实验表明,老年或幼年大鼠的多胺和cAMP的含量以及oDC的活性都明显降低,而MAO-B的活性则随年龄增加而增加。实验结果证明,代谢调节物(多胺和cAMP)的含量如同MAO-B一样与衰老相关。它们含量的改变可能是衰老分子基础。
Inthepresentstudy,Weinvestigatedtheeffectofageonthecontentsofen-dogenouspolyaminesandcAMPindifferentialtissue(brain,heartandliver)ofrats.AnddeterminedornithineDecarboxylase(ODC)activityforbrainofratsatvariousage.AndanalvsedtheMonoamineOxidase-B(MAO-B)activityinratbrain,asapointupanargu-mentfordeterminewhetherthecorrelationbettwentheagingandpolyamine.Theexperientsasshowedthecontentsofpolyamine,cAMPandODCactivitywassignificantdecreaseinoldorpostnatalrats.AndtheMAO-Bactivitywasprogressiveincrease,withincreasingage(Tab1、2、3).ourexperimentresultevidencethatthecontentsofmetabolismmodulates(polyamineandcAMP)asSimilaritytotheMAO-B,withcorrelatedtotheaging.Itmaybepossibleamolecularbasisofaging.Therefore,thatpolyaminelevelscouldserveasatooltomonitoragingandantiagingtreatingeroutologyorgerocmia.
