摘要
对弧形挑膜齿残膜清理滚筒的结构、工作原理和主要工作部件进行了研究,对弧形挑膜齿的运动轨迹方程进行分析,建立残膜相对弧形挑膜齿的运动微分方程,讨论机组前进速度、滚筒转速等因素对拾膜性能的影响,通过弧形挑膜齿残膜清理滚筒实地测试,证明该机构设计合理,残膜回收率可达85%。
The structures, working principles and main component parts of the arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder were introduced. The analytical research on movement track and the equation of arc spring-finger has been done, and the movement differential equation that the plastic film residue opposite to the arc spring-finger has been established. The effects on the function of plastic film residue pickup produced by the forward speed of the machine set, the rotate speed of the cylinder and other factors have been analyzed respectively. The field experiment on arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder has proved that the design was reasonable and the recovery rate could reach up to 85%.
