摘要
介绍了所研制的先导式纯水溢流阀及其工作原理。从流场控制的角度,研究了先导式纯水溢流阀抑制汽蚀方法。应用CFD技术对溢流阀主阀流道内的流场流态进行仿真,获得了单级节流、带高压引流的单级节流、多级节流和带高压引流的多级节流4种结构下的压力和汽穴分布图像。在不同压力、阀口开度等多种条件下,对先导式纯水溢流阀进行了试验研究。结果表明,利用多级节流和高压引流补偿相结合的方法能有效抑制汽蚀、提高纯水溢流阀性能。
A kind of pilot-operated water hydraulic relief valve was invented and its principle was presented. From the view of flow control, the method of cavitation resistance of a pilot-operated water hydraulic valve was investigated. The computational fluid dynamics approaches were applied to obtain static pressure distributions and cavitation images in the channel of the main stage of the valve with four kinds of structures. These structures consisted of one-stage throttle, one-stage with high-pressure induct, two-stage throttle and two-stage throttle with high-pressure induct. The experiments were carried out with different supply pressure, flow rate and the pilot-operated water hydraulic relief valve opening on. The results showed that the method of combined cascading restrictors with high-pressure induct could effectively restrain cavitation. The research work provided some useful references for developing water hydraulic control valve with lower noise and librations.
