New Hydraulic Two-piston Pump with Planetary Driving

摘要 柱塞的受力状态直接制约着柱塞式液压泵的工作可靠性及输出压力的高低,对摩擦副材料有特殊要求。采用行星齿轮传动方式实现从旋转到直线的往复运动,不同于现有柱塞泵由凸轮、曲柄连杆或斜盘实现往复运动的方式,没有滑靴等高压力作用下高速滑移的元件。柱塞在缸筒中工作时,柱塞只承受机械推力及液体的反作用力,柱塞与缸筒无机械力产生,泵工作稳定,使用寿命长。该泵具有一杆双柱塞、双缸结构,直线往复运动的行程长,排量大。 The force condition of piston is running the reliability, exported pressure and special requirement to material of the hydraulic pump. A new way of exchange between rotation and reciprocating motion through planetary driving was introduced, which was different from the one realized by piton pump moving with cam, brace and link. So the piston only bore mechanical thrust force and reacting force of fluid, and there was no mechanical force between piston and cylinder, thus this kind of pump has the characters of running stable with long service life, long route distance, and with big capacity of discharging.
