摘要
由推导出的齿端和槽端面积及其圆心矩公式,首先得出轴套(侧板)内外两侧所受的力和力矩关于齿轮基本参数的函数表达式。进而利用UG软件的函数表达式和特征建模及优化模块,实现齿轮泵补偿面基本参数的优化设计和轴套(侧板)三维参数模型自动生成的无缝连接,所得结果与引进泵的基本参数比较吻合。
Based on both the area formula of gear tooth and groove and their respective center multiplying formula, the force and moment expressions of both sides of side-panels could be brought out at first. Then, depended on the expressing/feature/optimizing module under UG software, the compensating area parameters on the out place of side-plate for balancing action could be realized, and at the same time the close connecting parameter optimizing with 3D modeling could be carried out as well, finally the results from optimizing program were coincident with the parameters of the imported pumps.
