摘要
在普通平面磨床上采用刚玉砂轮对65Mn钢进行了磨削淬硬试验,研究了磨削深度对其硬化层组织与性能的影响。结果表明,在不同磨削深度条件下,硬化层的马氏体组织形貌及显微硬度无显著变化,完全硬化区显微硬度均在810~870HV之间;但随着磨削深度增加,马氏体和碳化物含量减少,残余奥氏体含量增多,完全硬化区厚度增大;在磨削深度为1mm时,完全硬化区厚度可达1.7mm。
Grind-hardening of 65Mn steel has been carried out on a conventional surface grinder with corundum grinding wheel, and the effect of the depth of cut on microstructures and properties in grind-hardened layer was investigated. The results showed that no significant changes of the configuration of the martensites and micro-hardness were observed for any of depth of cut evaluated. The micro-hardness of the complete hardened zone was 810-870HV. However, with cutting depth increasing, the content of the martensites and carbide reduced, the content of the residual austensites increased, and the depth of the complete hardened zone increased. Its depth was up to 1.7 mm when the depth of cut was 1 mm.
