开平市HIV感染现况分析

Analysis of Epidemic of HIV/AIDS in Kaiping City

目的为了解开平市艾滋病的流行现状,预测流行趋势。方法对历年收集的艾滋病病毒(H IV)感染者的资料进行流行病学统计分析。结果从1998～2004年共收集H IV感染者99例,感染人数有逐年上升趋势。H IV感染者主要以青壮年男性为主。主要传播途径为经血传播,占查明例数的90.24%,均为静脉注射毒品,经性途径传播的感染者逐年增加。在娱乐场所服务员、孕产妇中均检出感染者;发现新生儿H IV抗体阳性,提示母婴传播的可能性已存在。结论开平市目前正处在AIDS低流行期,H IV进入一般人群的危险性增大,吸毒人群和性乱人群是今后防止H IV流行的重点,建议采取以健康教育和行为干预为主的综合性防制措施。

Objective To understand present HIV/AIDS prevalence and forecast its epidemic trend in Kaiping city. Methods The data of HIV infected individuals from 1998 to 2004 were collected and analyzed with epidemic statistical methods. Results Totally 99 HIV infected individuals were collected in this period and the numbers seemed to increase over the years. Most of them were young men. Blood transmission was the dominant mute, all were injecting drug user （IDU）,accounting for 90.24%. Sexual transmission showed an increasing trend. Reeendy HIV infections in females who worked in amusement place and in pregnant women were detected. The discovery of antibody positive against HIV in infant indicated that mother-to-child transmission was possible. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Kaiping city is in low prevalence. It indicated the risk of HIV infection in the general population is increasing. The subsequent control programs should focus on the drug users and sexually active groups. A comprehensive approach based on health education and intervention is suggested.
