摘要
目的调查台山市城区食品从业人员的人群H BV感染状况与相应对策。方法对从业人员预防性体检,抽取静脉血2m l,分离血清,采用ELISA法进行H BV标记物血清学检测。结果2004年度体检6846人,H BsAg平均阳性率6.95%,男性高于女性,年龄分布15岁组高于30、40岁组;抗-H BsAg平均阳性率32.5%,女性高于男性,年龄分布40岁组为最低;H BeAg平均阳性率33.61%,性别年龄无差别;7种H BV标记物显示模式,俗称“大三阳”和“小三阳”占两种为主。结论H BV感染程度接近我国流行现状,仍属中到高流行状况,应抓好防制措施,加强食品从业人员预防性体检管理,推行接种乙肝疫苗,提高人群免疫力,防止H BV的感染与传播。
Objective To survey the HBV infection condition of the workers in food service industry in Taishan and to establish correspondence counter measures. Method Serum samples were collected from the workers in food service industry who had prophylactic health check-up for the detection of HBV markers by ELISA. Result 6 846 workers were examined. The HBsAg(+) rate was 6.95%. The positive rate of male was higher than that of female, and 15 age group was higher than that of 30-40 age group. The HBeAg (+) rate was 33.61%. There were no significant differences in the HBeAg(+) rates between different genders or age groups. Seven patterns of HBV makers were found.The “HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBc” and “HBsAg, Anti-HBC, Anti-HBc” were the two major patterns. Conclusion HBV infection condition in Taishan is similar to epidemic condition of the whole nation, and belongs to moderate and high epidemic status. Preventive measurements should be enforced ; prophylactic health check-up of the workers in the food service industry should be straighdy managed; HBV vaccination program should be set up to improve the immunity against HBV and to prevent infection and spreading of HBV. Prevention and control of HBV is important to the health of the general population.
