B型超声诊断玻璃体积血的临床研究

Analysis of B-mode Ultrasonography on Diagnosis of Vitreous Hemorrhage

目的探讨玻璃体积血的B型超声图像特点以助于临床诊断。方法对30只眼玻璃体积血的B型超声图像进行回顾性分析研究。结果积血的形态取决于出血的部位、量、时间及玻璃体的性质,其后运动与回声反射的强度相联系,提出粘滞性与成形性是玻璃体积血的两大超声特点。结论B型超声有助于临床诊断玻璃体积血。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the images of B-mode ultrasonography of vitreous hemorrhage. Method The images of 30 B-mode ultrasonography of vitreous hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.Result The morphological character of the hemorrhage is determined by the location, time and the vitreous quality.The posterior movement was related to the brightness of the image. Viscidity and plasticity are the two characteristics of vitreous hemorrhage. Conclusion B-mode ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis of vitreous hemorrhage.
