Moisture is the important index that monitors the solid material quality. The quick detection system of moisture based on 80C51 single chip microcomputer control realizes analysis and process of the data from the system data processing software, and can make a quick detection of moisture. The detection system has some characters： small size, reliable operation and low power dissipation, remedy the past problems such as big errors from equipment measure and repetitiveness.
