THG英文名是Tetrahydrogestrinone,它是以强力类固醇类药物孕三烯酮(gestrinone)为底物合成的新化合物,国际奥委会已将其列为违禁药物。大剂量长时间使用合成类固醇具有多种副作用,如成年男子可导致痤疮、性格改变、阳萎、睾丸萎缩、肾功能障碍等;青少年可导致痤疮、过早骨端闭合而影响身高;女性易导致男性化、月经失调、不孕症等。
THG（ teta hydro gestrinone ） is a kind of synthetic new compound which is based on the class of fortify steroid medicine gestrinone, and it＇s banned by the International Olympic Committee. It has side effects if synthetic steroid hormone is used for a long time. Such as, for male, it may result in acne, affecting or character, impotence atrophy of the testis, handicap of the height because of early clobule of bone joint. For female, they are inclined to mannishness, unbalanced menstrual periods and suffering from sterilization.
