摘要
中小学教师聘任制已实施了近二十年,取得了可喜的成就,然而也暴露出很多缺憾,如聘任过程流于形式,聘任目的不正确,聘任主体不清,相关聘任体制不健全等等。论文针对这些不足,从加大宣传力度,加快教育研究步伐,开展教师资格认定,严格聘任程序,完善相关法制几个角度来提出自己的思考与对策。
After nearly twenty years enforcement, teachers' appointment system has achieved a lot, but we also find some problems with it, such as the formalism of procedures, the incorrectness of ends, the obscureness of subjects, and the incompleteness of the system itself. This article depicts, some counter-measures through qualifying teachers, stricting procedures , and improving regulations.
