The Design of Downhole Control Command Circuit Based on CPLD and Its Application

介绍一种用于井下复杂电子系统之间互联的控制命令电路。该电路采用同步串行方式,命令接收电路采用CPLD器件,能够可靠实现井下电路板间、密封电子短节间甚至是仪器间的控制联接,控制器可以多种模式灵活地发送控制命令。给出了应用中的数字系统设计实例和仿真结果。

A sort of control circuit which is applied to interconnect among complex downhole electronic systems is introduced. The circuit is based on synchronous serial method, and complex programmable logic device is used in command reception circuit, which can realize reliable control connection between downhole circuit boards, sealed electronic cartridge, even tools. Controller can send out control commands flexibly through multi-modes. The examples of digital system design and the emulation results are illustrated.
